Oh Gott, wie viel Obst wir dieses Jahr haben. Nein, nicht wir, um ehrlich zu sein, denn außer meinem Salbeibusch wächst in meinem Garten kein Obst. Aber in den Gärten von Freunden und von meiner Familie, gibt es alles. Äpfel, Birnen, Zwetschgen, Trauben, ich nehme immer alles gerne, was sonst in der Biotonne landen würde. Die Äpfel hier habe ich gedörrt und für einen Apfelkuchen hat es auch noch gereicht, und zwar einen Schwäbischen! So lecker!

Was steht diese Woche auf Eurem Tisch?

Oh we have so much fruit this year. Well, not exactly me, but all of the other nice people I know have lots of fruit in their orchards. As this year is very generous, we take a lot of fruit that would be waste otherwise. This time, it’s apples and I dried a lot and even was able to make a pie. Yummy.
