DIY – Zahnpasta – DIY Toothpaste

Sometimes it’s easy to better control every day’s life.

Right now I’m deep into household chemistry. Making my own washing powder and now making some tooth paste.

It’s simple: I mixed 3 TBL spoons of coconut oil with 1 TBLspoon of baking soda and 10 drops of peppermint oil. Easy peasy. It will last as long as the oil usually lasts. I ‚ve been using it for two weeks. You taste the baking soda and hence my kids don’t like it, but I did’nt want to add any chemical xylitol sugars.

    Danke daher 🙂
